Rosewood Residences Bangkok is an 85-residence tower of 37 floors at 7 Rama IV Road, overlooking Lumphini Park, developed by SC Asset Corporation in partnership with Tokyo Tatemono Thailand, the Thai arm of the Japanese developer Tokyo Tatemono. It is freehold, which means outright ownership passing to heirs rather than a lease that has to be renewed, and foreign buyers can hold freehold units within the building's 49 per cent foreign quota. The unit mix is unusually large for central Bangkok and starts where most buildings finish: two bedrooms from 173 to 194 square metres, three from 223 to 279, four from 270 to 364, and a single five-bedroom residence of 648 square metres. Every home has its own private lift, and the building carries 298 parking spaces against 85 residences.
