Aman Nai Lert Residences occupy the upper floors of the Aman Nai Lert Bangkok, on Wireless Road within the gardens of Nai Lert Park. There are 34 residences, set above a 52-suite Aman hotel in the same building, so the residence count is deliberately small. The building was designed by Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston, the architect behind many Aman properties worldwide. Aman service reaches residents at the door, and the members' Aman Club and a wellness and spa floor sit within the same address. Homes run from one-bedroom layouts of about 127 square metres up to four-bedroom penthouses, most with private terraces.
The tenure is leasehold, a registered long lease rather than freehold title, which is the usual structure for a branded residence on estate land of this kind.
