Yes. Sirena is the current name of the building marketed earlier as Banyan Tree Grand Residences Seaview; the developer's own page still uses the older name in its location text, and its image files carry the Seaview code. Same building, same position a hundred metres behind Bang Tao beach.
Does every residence at Sirena have its own pool?
Yes, per the developer's page and its film: a pool on the terrace of each condominium and a private deck with a pool on each penthouse. That is what separates Sirena from most three-bedroom condominium stock on this shore.
How big are the residences at Sirena?
