The tower stands on the park's north edge, so the park-facing residences look south over the whole of Lumphini Park: the lake, the fountain, the running loop, and the Sathorn skyline beyond, with Dusit Central Park on the far corner. Lumphini Park is public land of about 57 hectares, which is what makes the view permanent rather than merely current.
