The villas are the residential heart of The Forestias, MQDC's forest community on the eastern side of Bangkok, arranged around a residents' lagoon within a landscape planted with more than 500 species of plants and animals. There are 27 homes of three to five bedrooms, from 791 to 1,480 square metres, drawn by Foster + Partners around a breathable-home idea that opens each house to daylight, cross-ventilation, and the trees. Every villa has a private pool, an onsen, and an organic garden, and arrives fully fitted, with a Bulthaup kitchen and Gessi fittings, ready to move into.
