Porsche Design Tower Bangkok stands on Soi Sukhumvit 38, a short walk from BTS Thong Lo in the Thonglor area, developed by Ananda Development in partnership with Porsche Design. It is a 21-floor tower with only 22 residences, set for completion in 2028, and is the first Porsche Design Tower in Asia and the third worldwide after Stuttgart and Miami. The homes are duplex and quadplex Sky Villas ranging from 525 to 1,135 square metres, each with a private pool and a dedicated garage space for the owner's cars, which gives the building an unusually low-density character for central Sukhumvit.
The building is freehold, meaning outright ownership that passes to heirs rather than a lease that has to be renewed.
