The villas are part of Mulberry Grove, MQDC's brand for multigenerational living, set within The Forestias, the forest development on the eastern side of Bangkok. There are 37 houses in three types: Roseberry, of four bedrooms and 1,023 square metres; Visionberry, of five bedrooms and 1,246 square metres; and Legendberry, of six bedrooms and 1,724 square metres, each arranged across three to four levels. Foster + Partners drew the estate around family clustering, grouping the villas and linking them with sheltered bridges so several generations can live close while keeping their own space.

TK Studio designed the landscape, and DT Design is the local architect. The estate is freehold, and each home is a single-family villa on its own plot, from 140 to 210 square wah.
