The River stands on the Thonburi bank of the Chao Phraya near Charoen Nakhon, developed by Raimon Land. It is two towers, of 71 and 42 floors, completed in 2012, and at the time the tallest residential building on the river. The development holds roughly 120 metres of direct river frontage, and the taller tower's upper floors carry long views up and down the Chao Phraya toward the city.
The tenure is freehold, which confers outright ownership that passes to heirs rather than a lease that has to be renewed.
