A house in Bangkok is sold with its land, and a foreign buyer cannot hold Thai land outright, so for a foreign buyer the first question is which structure the developer offers on the plot and what it gives you.

Common questions

Common questions.

Which houses are for sale, and at what price?

As of 23 October 2026, four of the five are for sale: House 1 (Type A, furnished) at THB 65,000,000, House 2 (Type B, furnished) at THB 52,000,000, Houses 4 and 5 (Type B, unfurnished) at THB 40,000,000 each. House 3 is sold. Prices and availability are confirmed in writing at enquiry.

How large are the houses?

Type A stands on 43.7 square wah of land (about 175 square metres) with about 420 square metres of living space. Type B stands on 32.2 to 33.4 square wah of land (about 129 to 134 square metres) with about 320 to 330 square metres of living space. Every house on offer has 3 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a maid's room.

When can I move in?

House 1 is ready now. House 2 is expected to be ready to view and move into in early November 2026. Houses 4 and 5 are expected to be ready in 2027.

Can a foreign buyer own a house here?

Not outright. A house is sold with its land, and a foreign buyer cannot hold Thai land outright, so the question is which structure the developer offers on the plot, such as a registered lease of the land, and what it gives you. Embark confirms the structure in writing before any reservation. This is a summary, not legal advice.
