Other names this project has carried

Purita is a CG Capital condominium beside the same developer's first Phuket project, The Standard Residences, Phuket Bang Tao. It is not part of The Standard, carries no hotel brand on the launch material we hold, and is not the same project as Andaz Residences Phuket at Layan, the same developer's resort project further north on the same shore.

Inland in Bang Tao, beside The Standard Residences, which is about 1.3 to 1.6 km from Bang Tao Beach.

Confirming

We are confirming the structure with the developer before stating it. We would rather show you the gap than fill it with a guess.

What to establish before committing

Not stated on the launch material we hold. A foreign buyer can own a condominium freehold inside the building's 49 per cent foreign quota. Next door at The Standard that quota is full, and the developer now sells there on a lease, so the route offered at Purita, and how much of its foreign quota is free, go in writing before anything else. General information as of October 2026, not legal advice.

General information, not legal or tax advice. Any lease should be read by independent Thai counsel before signing.

Prices, availability, construction progress and ownership wording all move; we refresh them before any reservation and would rather show you the date than let a stale fact look current.

The project

What Purita Phuket Bangtao actually is.

What it is. Purita is CG Capital's new condominium in Bang Tao, beside its first Phuket project, The Standard Residences. The developer's launch slide calls it "the new residences in the compound", and its render shows two low glass-fronted buildings facing each other across a pool garden, with a glass pavilion between them. The opening offer is a one-bedroom of 57 square metres, sold fully furnished, under a 3-metre ceiling, with an open kitchen along one wall and a balcony off the living room on the developer's render.

The price, exactly as the developer shows it. The launch slide reads "Starts 7.XX MB": a one-bedroom from THB 7 million and something, with the last two digits held back until the price list is released. We print it the same way rather than guess. A buyer who registers with us receives the price list and the floor plans the day the developer releases them. The asterisk on the slide means conditions apply, and we read them with you.

Where it is. The developer's own location map places Purita in one compound with The Standard Residences, the POP Phuket community mall by Central Group and the planned StandardX and Holiday Inn Express hotels, on Pasak-Koktanod Road in Cherngtalay, inland, about 1.3 to 1.6 kilometres from Bang Tao Beach. Boat Avenue, Villa Market and Porto de Phuket are across the road; Laguna Phuket and RAVA Beach Club sit between the compound and the sand.

What is not yet released. The number of homes, the other layouts, the tenure, the start of construction and the completion date. Each is a written question before any reservation, and this page adds the answers with their dates as they arrive.

Where this sits against the register’s floor. At THB 7.XX million the one-bedroom sits well below the THB 20 million floor our Phuket register uses, so Purita has its own page but no register row.

The developer

Who builds it, and what you can already walk.

Read the full record

CG Capital is the private-equity arm of Central Group, investing in hotels, branded residences and development land in Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui, Krabi and Pattaya. In June 2026 its managing partner, Phoom Chirathivat, told the Bangkok Post that The Standard Residences was 85 per cent sold, with Thai and foreign buyers in equal shares.

That first building is the useful part for a Purita buyer. The Standard opened next door on 8 October 2026, so CG Capital's build quality, its management and its fees can be inspected on the same visit, before anything is reserved on a drawing.

Already on our Bangkok desk: InterContinental Residences Asoke, a CG Capital project in Bangkok.

What we think, including what we would question.

Who it suits

A buyer who wants a new, furnished one-bedroom in Bang Tao at a little over half the entry price of The Standard next door, whose one-bedroom resales start at THB 13.2 million (September 2026), with a finished building by the same developer to inspect before committing.Read more

What it compromises

Everything is still on paper: no home count, floor plan, tenure or completion date has been released, and the price is a launch figure with its last digits held back. It is inland, like The Standard, and the compound will carry two hotels and a mall, so public traffic is part of the setting. At 57 square metres the one-bedroom is smaller than The Standard's 75; the comparison to make once the exact price is out is the price per square metre.Read more

What we would ask first

The exact price and floor plan of each one-bedroom; what the asterisk on the launch price covers; freehold or leasehold, and how much foreign quota is free; the furniture list; the completion date and what protects a deposit; the common fee.Read more

This is Embark’s opinion, not a sourced fact, and it is labelled that way deliberately.

Common questions

Purita Phuket Bangtao, answered plainly.

What is Purita Phuket Bangtao?

A new condominium by CG Capital, the private-equity arm of Central Group, in Bang Tao, Phuket, next to the same developer's The Standard Residences. It was presented in October 2026 with fully furnished one-bedroom homes of 57 square metres under 3-metre ceilings, from THB 7.XX million on the developer's launch slide. The developer's render shows two low buildings facing each other across a pool garden.

How much does a home at Purita cost?

The developer's launch slide of October 2026 reads "Starts 7.XX MB": a fully furnished 57-square-metre one-bedroom from THB 7 million and something, with the last two digits held back until the price list is released. We print it exactly that way. Register on this page and we send the price list, the floor plans and the payment terms the day they are released. The slide carries an asterisk, so conditions apply.

Where is Purita in Bang Tao?

In the same compound as The Standard Residences, Phuket Bang Tao: the developer's own location map groups Purita with The Standard, the POP Phuket mall and the planned StandardX and Holiday Inn Express hotels, on Pasak-Koktanod Road in Cherngtalay, inland, about 1.3 to 1.6 kilometres from Bang Tao Beach, with Boat Avenue, Villa Market and Porto de Phuket across the road. Purita's own street address is not yet published; we measure the walk to the sand on the visit.

Who is the developer of Purita?

CG Capital, the private-equity arm of Central Group and the developer behind The Standard Residences, Phuket Bang Tao next door and InterContinental Residences Asoke in Bangkok. The company that will sign Purita's sales contracts has not yet been named to us; at The Standard it was a project company, Boavista Lifestyle Residences, so we confirm the name in writing.

Can a foreigner buy at Purita freehold?

Not yet stated. A foreign buyer can own a Thai condominium freehold inside the building's 49 per cent foreign quota. At The Standard next door that quota is full and the developer sells there on a lease, so the route offered at Purita and how much foreign quota is free are the first written questions we put to the developer. General information as of October 2026, not legal advice.

When will Purita be completed?

The developer has not yet published a construction start or a completion date. Its last building, The Standard next door, opened on 8 October 2026, which is the best evidence of how it delivers. We ask for the completion date and what protects a deposit in writing before any reservation.

Is Purita a branded residence?

No hotel brand appears on the developer's launch material we hold: Purita is the project's own name. Its neighbour, The Standard Residences, carries The Standard hotel brand under licence. If CG Capital announces an operator for Purita, this page will say so with the date.

How do I get the Purita price list or arrange a viewing?

Leave your name on this page, or write to us on WhatsApp. We send the price list and floor plans the day the developer releases them, and arrange a visit that starts at the finished Standard Residences next door, then the Purita site and sales gallery. From abroad, the same walk runs as a live video in your time zone.

Facts on this page are current as of October 2026 and are drawn from Embark’s own market briefing and the developer’s published materials. Where a fact reads as being confirmed, we are verifying it with the developer before stating it.

Where we stand

Embark Estate advises buyers on this project as part of our coverage of the Thai coastal market. We hold no appointed standing here and claim none.

We are buyer-side on this one: we compare projects, examine the ownership structure and the quota position, and say when a building does not suit the brief. Where we ARE appointed, the page says so. Our Bangkok appointments are stated on the Bangkok branded-residences register.

We publish no yield or capital-growth figure for this project. The one market figure we quote is Knight Frank Thailand’s: typical Phuket condominium yields of 5 to 8 per cent a year and villas of 10 to 15 per cent (2024 year-end, before costs); a single building can do better or worse. Where an operator publishes audited numbers for a specific building we quote them with their date, because a guaranteed return is usually a price concession wearing a yield’s clothing.
