What is Lane Cove?
Lane Cove is a small gated community of large family houses on Yannawa Road at Rama III in Bangkok, and its point is simple: these are houses with land, in a centre that is almost entirely vertical.

Rama III sits between Sathorn and the river, close enough to the business district to work from and far enough off it to be quiet. That position, not the finishes, is what a house here is really buying.
Landed property in Thailand carries different ownership rules from a condominium, and a foreign buyer should take that difference to a lawyer before anything else. Embark advises on the buyer side here. For what is currently available, contact Embark Estate; a person replies within 4 hours.
How we know this
Embark's own record for the Rama III corridor. Ownership structures for landed property are a legal question and are not advised on here.
