What security does a Bangkok branded residence actually have?
At the operator‑run buildings it is 24‑hour manned security rather than a camera and a night guard, and the more useful measure is how few people share your lift: a private lift to each residence removes the corridor entirely.

Density does the rest of the work. Banyan Tree Residences Riverside has no more than four homes per floor with a private lift to each. A residence we hold at Dusit Central Park has two private lifts of its own. Where that exists, nobody who is not going to your home is ever on your floor.
What to ask, in order: is security staffed around the clock or monitored remotely, how many residences share a lift lobby, and is the lift access controlled per floor.
