Which Phuket projects are absolute beachfront?

Beachfront is used loosely in Phuket marketing, and the distance it is asked to cover is often several hundred metres. Our catalogue records a beach relation for every project instead of an adjective, and only four carry the absolute label. Ask any project you are shown for its metres of beach frontage rather than for its adjective. Sasara Hua Hin states roughly 45 metres of frontage on Khao Takiab Beach, which is the kind of figure that settles the question in one line. A project that cannot give you one is usually answering a different question.
Absolute beachfront does not mean a private beach. Thai beaches are public, so what the term buys is that the land ends where the beach begins, with nothing between the building and the sand.
