What is Laguna Phuket?
Laguna Phuket is an integrated resort estate on the Bang Tao shore of Phuket, developed by Banyan Group since 1994 on a rehabilitated tin mine, with its own 18‑hole golf course, lagoon system, beach clubs, hotels and residential addresses.

The land is the reason the estate looks the way it does. It was a worked‑out tin mine before Banyan Group began rehabilitating it in 1994, and the water bodies left behind became the organising feature: the lagoons the residential series are named after.

For a buyer the practical consequence is that the infrastructure exists and can be walked. The golf course, the restaurants, the spas, the 24‑hour medical clinic and the RAVA Beach Club are operating, not drawn on a masterplan. On a shore where roughly fifty‑seven off‑plan condominium projects were active in August 2026, most of the competition is selling a future.
Banyan Group is listed on the stock exchanges of both Thailand and Singapore. Embark Estate is an appointed sales agency for it, covering the projects it develops inside and around the estate. For the current position on any of them, contact Embark Estate; a person replies within 4 hours.
