The building.
KHUN by YOO stands on Thong Lor Road, the stretch of Sukhumvit Soi 55 between Soi 10 and Soi 12. Sansiri developed it in collaboration with Yoo Studio, with interiors inspired by designer Philippe Starck. The 27-floor tower holds 148 residences, completed in 2020 and marked by a copper-core facade set against raw concrete and full-height glass. For a building of this height, the modest number of homes gives it a low-density character on one of the city's busiest lifestyle streets.

The building is freehold, which confers outright ownership that passes to heirs rather than a lease that has to be renewed.

Foreign buyers can hold freehold units within the foreign quota, which Thai law sets at 49 percent of a building's total saleable floor area, and Embark confirms a unit's quota status at inquiry.

With the building complete, this is a resale and rental market, and KHUN by YOO is available through our developer network.
