BDMS, the developer, has named no sales agent for Capella Residences Bangkok in any release, filing or web page we could read (as at 3 November 2026). Embark Estate advises buyers on Capella Residences Bangkok and takes registrations for its pre‑launch. To deal with the developer directly, BDMS's project website is wellerabangkok.com. Neither that site nor the releases BDMS and Capella Hotel Group issued on 19 June 2026 names a sales agent (checked 3 November 2026). We found no sales office or sales gallery published by BDMS; its own timetable puts the sales gallery and show unit in mid‑2027 (BDMS investor briefing, 19 June 2026, slide 21).
