What is BDMS WellEra, and why is it also called Project Hercules?

WellEra is BDMS's wellness complex on the Sarasin and Langsuan corner opposite Lumphini Park, unveiled in June 2026: a preventive‑healthcare clinic, a wellness retreat, a retail arcade, and Capella Residences Bangkok, a 45‑storey tower of 262 homes opening in 2030.

Four parts share one address. The BDMS Wellness Clinic anchors it, a wellness retreat and a health‑focused retail arcade sit alongside, and the residences are the only part a buyer can own.

Both names are in use, which is why the question gets asked. Project Hercules still circulates widely, including in what people type into Google. BDMS's own announcement of June 2026 calls the complex WellEra and the residences Capella Residences Bangkok, designed by KPF and developed with Capella Hotel Group. Those are the names to use.

The corner matters more than either name. Sarasin and Langsuan face Lumphini Park directly, which is the scarcest frontage in central Bangkok and the reason a hospital group bought it. Embark advises on the buyer side; we hold no appointment here and claim none. To be told the day pricing is released, register with Embark Estate; we reply within 4 hours on WhatsApp or LINE.
