Capella Bangkok took the top place in 2024 having been eleventh the year before, and was named Best Hotel in Asia in the same list. That hotel is on the Chao Phraya and is a different building from the residences planned at Lumphini Park.

BDMS describes Capella Residences Bangkok as Capella's first wellness‑integrated branded residences. The residents' service package has not been published. Register your interest with Embark and we will send the layouts and pricing on the day BDMS releases them.
