On 16 July 2026 the team building Upper House Residences on Wireless Road passed 500 days in a row on site without a single injury serious enough to keep anyone off work. City Dynamic, the City Realty and Swire Properties team, gave its Zero LTI Award to the main contractor, Stonehenge International. It is a quiet milestone, and a telling one.

Upper House Residences is the world’s first Upper House branded residences, designed by Foster + Partners. It is the branded House of the Wireless Road development; the second is The Wireless Residences by Upper House. RITTA was appointed for the structural phase of both towers in January 2026.
