On 16 July 2026, the team building Upper House Residences on Wireless Road marked 500 consecutive days on site without a single lost-time injury. City Dynamic, the City Realty and Swire Properties delivery team, presented a Zero LTI Award to the main contractor, Stonehenge International. It is a quiet milestone, and a telling one.
What the milestone is
A lost-time injury is a workplace injury serious enough to keep a worker off the job. Five hundred clear days, on a deep and complex site in the middle of the city, is an unusual record. It does not happen by luck. It is the result of a site run to a standard held every day, by everyone on it, from the developer down to the newest worker.
Why it matters to a buyer
A branded residence is a promise about how a building is made and kept, not only how it looks. The clearest early evidence a buyer has of that promise is how the site itself is run. A disciplined, safe site is a fair proxy for a disciplined build: careful sequencing, proper supervision, and a contractor that measures what it does. It is the same discipline that later shows in the finish of a home and the way the building is maintained.

Who is building it
The main contractor is Stonehenge International, with RITTA on site, for a development by Swire Properties and City Realty. Upper House Residences is the world’s first Upper House branded residences, designed by Foster + Partners. It is the branded House of the Wireless Road development; the second is The Wireless Residences by Upper House.
