The way in: one-bedrooms from ฿5.48M

Most homes here are one-bedrooms of 36 to 59 square metres: a living room with the kitchen along one wall, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The cheapest on the developer’s list, the one on the ground floor that opens onto the pools, and the one with a second small room:

Inside the one-bedroom show units, 36, 37, 49 and 56 sqm, from the developer’s film of 2024: real footage, with the developer’s own size labels; silent. The furniture is the show units’.

What you live with

A beach pool with a sandy edge, a lazy river, a lap pool, kids’ pools, a rooftop sky pool and onsen, a fitness centre, a library, a co-working space and a kids’ zone. The developer’s own company, The Esquire, runs the building.

Can a foreigner own it? In plain words

It is a condominium, so a Thai buyer owns a home freehold. A foreign buyer owns it freehold only if there is room in the building’s foreign quota: foreigners together may own 49 per cent of the floor area. The developer’s papers do not say how much is left, and more than half the homes are sold, so we ask in writing, for the home you want, before you pay anything. Where there is no room, a foreign buyer is usually offered a registered lease. General information as of September 2026, not legal advice. The full picture is in leasehold or freehold in Phuket.

What else it costs

The developer’s kit gives no common fee or sinking fund, so we get both in writing for the size of the home you choose; on a finished building they are known figures, not estimates. The loose furniture is a package at extra cost, THB 250,000 to 700,000 by layout; the kitchen, wardrobes, air conditioning, water heaters and curtains are built in. Transfer fees and taxes come on top.

All 19 homes, with plans and pictures, are on The Title Heritage Bang-Tao project page.

Common questions

Is The Title Heritage Bang-Tao finished?

Yes, per the developer: its 2026 film is titled "Ready To Move In", its photographs of August 2026 show the finished buildings, pools and furnished show units, and its results statement of August 2026 says transfers began in the second quarter of 2026. We confirm the transfer date of a specific home in writing.

What is the cheapest home at The Title Heritage?

On the developer's promotion list, shared with us in September 2026, a one-bedroom of 36 square metres at ฿5.48M. 10 one-bedrooms are under THB 6 million. Two-bedrooms start at ฿13.44M and three-bedrooms at ฿20.8M. Prices move, and we confirm the current figure before any reservation.

Can a foreigner buy at The Title Heritage?

Yes. It is a condominium: a foreign buyer owns a home freehold if it sits inside the building's 49 per cent foreign quota, counted by floor area; outside it, a home is usually offered on a registered lease. The developer's papers do not say how much of the quota is left, so we confirm it in writing for the home you want. General information, not legal advice.

How far is The Title Heritage from the beach?

About 1.7 kilometres from Bang Tao Beach in a straight line, a little more by road. It is inland on Cherngtalay–Bandon Road near Boat Avenue, Porto de Phuket and Villa Market, with its own beach pool, lazy river and rooftop sky pool.
