Dusit Residences is the residential part of the same development. An owner lives directly above the rooftop park, the shops and restaurants, the office tower and the Dusit Thani Bangkok hotel, with the hotel’s service on the doorstep.
Dusit Residences is leasehold, which is normal for the institutional land directly along Lumphini Park, and it is built around larger, family-sized layouts with a park-front position.
