Floors run 1,300 to 2,200 square metres across roughly 130,000 square metres in total, certified to LEED Gold for sustainability, WELL Platinum for the well-being of the people inside, and WiredScore Gold for connectivity. It is managed by Central Pattana, was handed over in late 2024 and completed in mid-2025, and connects directly to the BTS and MRT.
