Where is the Upper House Residences sales gallery?
There is no public sales gallery to visit. The developer has deliberately not published its location, so there is no address to go to and no showroom open on a walk‑in basis; viewings of both Houses are private appointments arranged through the appointed sales agency.
At a glance
- Freehold
- Off‑plan
- Lumphini park‑axis
- Completion 2030
This is worth stating plainly, because the question is asked often and the honest answer is not the expected one. The privacy is the point rather than an oversight: an unpublished gallery prevents unannounced visits at a development sold by invitation.

One address circulates in search results and is wrong. The 140 Wireless Building is the developer's office, not a sales gallery, and turning up there is a wasted journey.
Embark Estate has been an appointed sales agency for Upper House Residences and The Wireless Residences by Upper House since March 2026. A viewing is arranged privately, for both Houses, at a time agreed in advance. To arrange one, contact Embark Estate on WhatsApp +66 64 773 5098 or LINE @embarkestate; a person replies within 4 hours.
How we know this
The developer's own stated position on gallery access, and Embark's appointment as sales agency from March 2026.
