Varuna changed in July 2026. Banyan Group's February 2026 overview described three‑bedroom apartments and four‑bedroom penthouses of 292 to 880 square metres, and this page carried that description from 31 August to 23 September 2026. The developer's July 2026 brochure and its current page describe eight four‑bedroom townhomes, and this page now follows them.

Each townhome runs four levels linked by a private lift: a garden terrace at ground level, a master suite on a floor of its own with a walk‑in closet, a reading room and a courtyard bathroom, the living and dining room on the third floor behind full‑height glass to the sea, and an infinity pool and terrace on the roof.
