Banyan Group targets the fourth quarter of 2028, and its own project page describes construction as substantially progressed as of September 2026, with foundations, structure, roofing and plastering largely complete.

That is a developer target rather than a contractual handover date, and the two are not the same thing. What binds is the completion date written into the sale and purchase agreement, together with whatever that agreement says happens if the building is late.

The construction description is useful because it is specific. Foundations, structure, roofing and plastering largely done in September 2026 leaves fit‑out, services and landscaping across the remaining two years, which is a conventional shape for a sixteen‑home building rather than an unusually tight one.
