It holds 406 homes in two collections. Dusit Parkside occupies floors 9 to 28, in one- to three-bedroom layouts of 55 to 259 sqm, with its own private amenity floor on level 29. Dusit Residences occupies floors 30 to 69, in two to four bedroom layouts and penthouses, with a classic luxury positioning and larger plans. Each collection has its own lobby, driveway and ground-floor facilities, and both share the level 8 amenities and the 7-rai Roof Park.
The tenure is leasehold under a 30 + 30 year structure: an initial 30-year term registered with the Land Office, with a contractual right to a further 30-year renewal. Handover to owners began in July 2026, and residents are moving in.
