Upper House Residences is the world’s first Upper House branded residences, freehold, by Swire Properties and City Realty, designed by Foster + Partners. The branded House rises 52 storeys with 156 residences, with wellness amenities and the service culture of the Upper House hotel in Hong Kong. Timing and tenure
Tenure is the same; timing is the difference that decides most of the rest. 98 Wireless is finished, so the capital moves at contract and the home is real, inspectable, and rentable now. Upper House Residences is bought off-plan against future delivery, which asks a buyer to wait, and in return offers a new branded home on the front row of Lumphini Park. Neither is better in the abstract. One rewards certainty; the other rewards patience.
