The Wireless Residences is the family House of the two: 71 floors and 239 freehold homes, targeted for completion in September 2031, and pet‑friendly, as is Upper House Residences beside it. Swire Properties reported on 23 October 2026 that nearly 100 homes had sold across both Houses since private previews began in May 2026, about THB 10 billion in sales.
