Nine buildings, one of seven storeys with a basement and eight of four, on Petchkasem Road beside Soi Hua Hin 71. Construction started in April 2020 and the developer's own site states completion in December 2022. It sold out, and that is why IHG and PROUD are building together again on Kamala at The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort, announced 12 January 2026.

Because it is finished, it trades as a resale market rather than a developer sale. There is no price list, and availability depends on owners choosing to sell. The compensation is that everything can be inspected: the build, the common areas, the management company, the service charge history, and what the people already living there say about it.
Hua Hin is the drivable coast, roughly two and a half to three hours south of Bangkok, and it is a majority Thai‑buyer market, so the resale audience is deeper and more local than on the island. Freehold ownership is available to foreign buyers within the building's 49 per cent quota, which on a completed building is a question answered per unit rather than per project. Embark Estate is an appointed sales agency for PROUD Real Estate. For resale availability here or the Phuket release, contact Embark Estate; a person replies within 4 hours.
