The Monument Thong Lo stands on Soi Sukhumvit 55 (Thonglor), developed by Sansiri and designed by Quintrix Architects. It is a 45-floor tower with 127 residences, completed in 2019 under Sansiri's Luxury Collection and its Luxury is Space concept. A maximum of four homes per floor, each reached by a private lift, gives the building a low density that is unusual for Thonglor. Units are large, running from two-bedroom layouts of about 1,337 square feet to penthouses above 5,000 square feet.
The building is freehold, which means outright ownership that passes to heirs rather than a lease that has to be renewed.
