The Park Chidlom stands on Soi Somkid near Chidlom, a short walk from Lumphini Park and the Central Chidlom and Central Embassy retail spine. It is two towers, the 28-floor Chidlom Tower and the 35-floor Somkid Tower, holding 219 residences in total, completed in 2008. The homes are large, from about 140 to 640 square metres, which is part of why the building has held its standing as an established address.
The building is freehold, so ownership is held outright and passes to heirs rather than running on a lease that has to be renewed.
